Instructions
1. Fill out the Language Exchange Application Form
2. Email the completed Language Exchange Application Form as an attachment to peiling@nttu.edu.tw
3. Allow 1-3 business days processing time, after which you can view your new profile online
Rules and Guidelines
1. When you’ve found a suitable language partner, please notify the Language Center.
2. First meeting for the language exchange must take place in the Language Center classroom; off-campus exceptions can be made upon request.
3. Content of the language exchange is mutually decided upon by both partners; learning materials are not provided.
4. Once the language exchange schedule and content are decided, the regular meetings may take place anywhere you choose. If you wish to continue using the Language Center classroom, a minimal fee is required.
Normal classroom: NT$ 100/hr ( All classrooms have a computer, a CD player, a white board, a fan, and air conditioner.)
5. Please come by the office 3 months after the language exchange starts and fill out a questionnaire to help us learn about your language exchange experience so that we may better serve you in the future. (Optional)
